All contributions must comply with Nebraska campaign finance law as well as the campaign laws of the State you reside in.
By donating, you certify that:
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
- The contribution is made from your own funds
- You are not making the contribution on behalf of another
- You meet any applicable state contribution requirements
Contributions are not tax-deductible.
The Campaign reserves the right to refuse or refund any contribution to ensure compliance with law.
3. Recurring Donations
If you select a recurring donation:

You authorize automatic charges to your selected payment method

You may cancel at any time by contacting us or the payment processor

Cancellations must occur before the next billing cycle
4. Payment Processing

Online donations may be processed through third-party vendors. Financial information is handled in accordance with those vendors’ policies.

The Campaign does not store full credit card numbers.
5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including logos, messaging, graphics, and materials — belongs to Rumbaugh for Nebraska unless otherwise noted.
